Customer Service is our top priority. We do our best to ensure that you receive the best product possible in the most efficient manner but, if for any reason your are unhappy with your purchase and the product is still in it's original packaging we will happily replace the product or refund your original purchase price (excluding all shipping and insurance costs).
If the product is not in it's original packaging we will not refund or replace the item. For example, if you order a single coin it will arrive in a sealed plastic flip, if that flip has been opened it is not considered in it's original packaging.
We require that you notify us within 24 hours of receipt and return the item within 10 days of notification. We recommend insuring all returned items as we hold no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in return shipment.
Refunds are issued by check or credit. All credits can be used on future orders without expiration. Please inform us whether you would prefer a check or credit refund with your returned items.
