What are your shipping rates?
We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all shipping, no matter how many items you purchase.
We ask that all international buyers contact us prior to purchasing for a shipping quote.
What method of shipping do you use?
We use either the United States Postal Service or FedEx. If you would like either 2 Day or Overnight shipping please contact us for a quote.
I bought a high dollar item and would like it insured, how do I purchase insurance?
Insurance is included on all purchases, no matter the amount.
My package arrived and it is not stamped insurance, did you insure it?
We use a third party insurance company, Discounted Shipping Insurance, for all of our insurance and they ask us not to stamp the packages. If you would like proof of insurance please email us and we will happily contact you with the package information.
My package arrived and the package has been damaged and/or there are items missing, what should I do?
Please contact us immediately and we will ship any missing items out right away.
I received my shipment but it containd the wrong item?
As we ship hundreds of items per week we do and have made mistakes in shipping and pulling an order. We ask that you contact us immediatly to get the wrong items returned to us and we will ship the right item out to you. I all cases of us making mistakes with shipments we always cover the return postage that we request you to use when the return to us is made. We dont make mistakes often and do try hard to not make them but they do unfortunately happen as we are only human.
Payment Method Q & A
What method of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard through our website. We also accept PayPal, Money Orders and Checks.
With PayPal, Visa and Mastercard payments, orders will be shipped within 3 days of receipt.
If you wish to pay by a Money Order or a Cashiers Check, we hold them for 5 days from the date of receipt, no exceptions.
If you wish to pay by check, we hold them for 14 days from the date of receipt, no exceptions.
Am I charged sales tax?
Only customers ordering and shipping within the state of
Nebraska will be charged a 7% sales tax rate. If you pick up an item in our store, regardless if you live in
Nebraska or not, you will be charged sales tax, absolutely no exceptions.
Gift Card or Promotional Code Q & A
I received a gift card and would like to use it, how do I enter the information?
You must register prior to using the gift certificate. After registering there is a discount box. Please enter the code and it will discount your order appropriately.
I received a promotional code with my last order, how do I use it?
At checkout, please enter the code in the discount box and it will discount your order appropriately.
Registration and Security Q & A
Can I place an order without registering?
No, we ask for registration for the simple ease of continued purchases. You will need to register only once and only you will have continued access to your account.
Will my account information be sold, traded or shared?
No, never. Personal information relating to you and your order history are only available to you if you provide the correct password that you create. After providing your password, you can edit or delete your information at any time from your account page.
What if I forgot my password or I would like to change it?
If you forget your password, you can request that it be emailed to your email address. We will not give passwords out over the phone, nor will we email them to a different email address than the one used to register.
