Answers to Frequently asked Questions

 

 

Website Registration

 

The first time you order off the website, you must register. You will only need to register once and only you will have access to your account.

 

Your information will never be sold, traded, or shared. After providing your password you can edit or delete your account information at any time.

 

If you forget your password, you can request that it be mailed to your address. We will not give out passwords over the phone.

 

Shipping and insurance

 

We charge a flat rate of $6.95 for all shipments no matter how many items you order at one time. For orders outside the United States, an additional shipping charge may apply; email us for exact international shipping rates.

 

We ship with either the U.S. Postal Service or UPS. If you would like Overnight or 2 day shipping please contact us for a quote.

 

Insurance is included on all purchases no matter how valuable.

 

We use a third party insurance company and they ask us not to stamp the packages as insured for security reasons. If you would like proof of insurance please email us and we will contact you with the package information.

 

If your package has arrived damaged or there are items missing, please contact us immediately and we will ship new items right away.

 

We ship hundreds of items per week and although we do our best, occasionally we make mistakes. Please contact us if we have shipped you the wrong item so we can ship you the correct one immediately and have the wrong one returned with our apologies. Payment

 

We accept Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. We also accept money orders, Chashier Checks and Personal Checks. All checks must be held for 14 business days from the date we receive it (no exceptions); please allow extra time for delivery.

 

Shipments to customers living in Nebraska and customers who pick up purchases in person from our Nebraska shop will be charged Nebraska Sales Tax of 7% on all purchases, including bullion, according to Nebraska law.

 

 

Gift Cards and Promotions

 

To use your Gift Card or Promotional Code, simply register onto the website and enter the code from the card or promotion into the Discount Box, Your order will be discounted automatically. If you have any troubles don’t hesitate to call us Toll Free (866) 864-2646.

 

 

Shopping and Returns

If you do not see a certain item listed on our website please contact us, we may have it in stock or be able to order it for you.

 

If you are not happy with your purchase, contact is within 10 days of receiving it and we will be glad to refund or replace any unopened item still in its original packaging. Certain sealed items like unique coins must not have been opened in order to get a refund because we would be vulnerable to fraud. We recommend insuring all returned items as we hold no responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in return shipment. Refunds are issued by check or credit. All credits can be used on future orders without expiration. Please inform us whether you would prefer a check or credit refund with your returned items.
